The TowneBank All-Tidewater Classic game will have a new and exciting look to this annual event. Former MLB All-Star, Michael Cuddyer, has taken on the development of this event. Michael's goal is to honor the PAST, PRESENT and FUTURE baseball players in the 757 region. Michael demonstrates "HONORING the PAST" as a former All-Tidewater player and Player of the Year. "CELEBRATING the PRESENT", players will be selected to play by The Virginian-Pilot and will showcase their talents on the field in the All-Tidewater Classic presented by Michael Cuddyer game on June 10th at War Memorial Stadium. "ENVISIONING the FUTURE," Michael is inviting all current youth players from the Southside and Peninsula to the game to watch and learn from the past and present. The commitment to the future is vital to the growth and continued success of baseball in the 757 Region.

The game will feature the All-Tidewater Southside players taking on the All-Tidewater Peninsula and private school players in a high school baseball showcase to highlight their talents.

For the 2024 event, we are seeking funding to offset the cost of playing at a great venue like War Memorial Stadium. We are hopeful that your business will consider joining this great community event in sponsoring the All-Tidewater Classic presented by Michael Cuddyer.
